Zach Wheatley

District Facilities Manager

As District Facilities Manager, Mr. Wheatley oversees operation and maintenance for multiple assigned metropolitan, water and sanitation, parks and recreation, and fire protection/emergency service districts, authorities, and municipalities. He preserves standards and maintains schedules in accordance with asset management plans for new and existing public infrastructure and facilities.

Mr. Wheatley brings over twenty years of experience to Pinnacle in construction management for residential, commercial, and landscape projects. Seasoned in working with local and regional
government entities in obtaining permits and handling zoning issues, he possesses a thorough knowledge of construction processes from project estimate to final completion. His résumé includes commercial and government landscape projects as well as commercial construction projects in health care, retail, and multi-use construction.

Mr. Wheatley earned his earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

Giving back to his community often means donating time to outdoor organizations and groups to keep our outdoors clean. He also volunteers with Central Presbyterian Homeless Assistance & Shelter to help individuals get back on their feet by obtaining and keeping employment.

In his free time Mr. Wheatley prioritizes getting outdoors, particularly into the mountains, and spending time with his family. He enjoys camping, hiking, backpacking, and strength training at the gym.
