Randall Provencio

Project Manager

As Project Manager, Mr. Provencio manages the public bid process, contracts, budgeting, project oversight and coordination, payment applications, district and municipal acceptance, district reimbursement, and project closeout for a variety of public projects. He assists districts with management, governmental compliance, and board meetings, and ensures capital improvements are constructed in accordance with municipal codes and agreements. His experience, dedication, commitment, and relationships with municipalities, developers, consultants, contractors, and district boards of directors make him a valuable asset to projects and the districts he manages.

Mr. Provencio has 25 years of construction, surveying, and civil engineering experience as a construction engineer, design engineer, project engineer, project manager, and office manager.  His professional background includes a wide range of municipal/public works, office/industrial, residential, commercial, municipal, mixed-use, higher education, and roadway projects in New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, California, and Colorado.

At New Mexico State University, Mr. Provencio earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration and Economics. He is a professional engineer and a member of American Society of Civil Engineers.

Mr. Provencio is involved with several nonprofits in his community, including Habitat for Humanity, Adopt a Family, and Leadership Loveland.

In his off hours he enjoys coaching, skiing, running, hiking, biking, camping, traveling, and making memories with his wife, identical twin daughters, and son. He’s a dedicated sports fan, with allegiances to NMSU Aggies in college basketball, Notre Dame in college football, Colorado Rockies, and the Oakland Raiders.
