Josh McReynoldsCommunity Manager
As Community Manager, Josh McReynolds is the first point of contact for residents in most districts with community management operations. His work involves answering resident questions regarding billing and architectural review, coordinating and communicating about upcoming events with the residents, and supporting district managers in their operations.
For eight years Mr. McReynolds worked with the hospitality and community association management industries, first as operations manager for an extended-stay hotel in Northern Colorado, and more recently with Keystone Resort, where he oversaw the complete operations of seven condominium homeowners’ associations.
Mr. McReynolds attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University and is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. He is licensed by the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) at an associate level, as a Community Association Manager.
His most recent volunteer hours were spent with the Vail Resorts Epic Promise Foundation, where he was involved with highway cleanup, recreation path cleanup, and Dercum Mountain cleanup. He also worked to expand and connect a mountain bike trail in Breckenridge.
As his volunteer work indicates, Mr. McReynolds spends as much time as possible outdoors. He and his family enjoy skiing, off-road driving, camping, hiking, and trail running. Cooper, a Dachshund, is his family’s “fur baby.” He also enjoys attending vibrant services at Vintage City Church in Fort Collins
