As Community Manager, Christy McCutchen works with the District Managers to coordinate community management, covenant enforcement, community outreach, and architectural control.

Ms. McCutchen has over a decade of community management experience, both in homeowners’ associations and apartment communities which equip her with the necessary skills to work directly with residents answering the questions and concerns they may have.

She earned a degree in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations.

Outside of the office, Ms. McCutchen enjoys watching her four children, Seth, Addyson, Liam, and Max, play sports. She enjoys traveling when she can, especially to the coast because she loves the ocean. At home, she often spends her free time with a good book.
