Project Manager; Loveland, Colorado: The Project Manager administers the program which constructs capital infrastructure assets for multiple assigned metropolitan, water & sanitation, park and recreation, and fire protection/emergency service Districts, Authorities, and Municipalities. This position manages the bidding and contracting processes, administers contracts, manages the contracted budget and payment process, coordinates the project team, maintains project records, and administers the acceptance and closeout process.
