Pinnacle Consulting Service Message 3.24.2020

To Our Valued Clients,

Pinnacle Consulting Group remains open for business and our staff is fully committed to serving our client’s needs.  We take seriously our responsibility to provide our governments: Fire, Metropolitan, Water, Sewer and Stormwater Districts, Authorities and Cities with the ability to continue their essential services.  As always, your safety, our constituent’s safety and the safety of our employees is our top priority.

Our governmental deadlines are still in place, and currently, we are on track to complete and file all Audit Exemptions to the State by the due date of March 31, 2020.  We employed new technology (DocuSign) to enable approvals through email and continue to enhance our remote technology.  We have the infrastructure in place to ensure your entity remains compliant with state statute by conducting board meetings via teleconference or video conference, processing payables, monitoring the budget, administering contracts, administering elections, reporting on bond/financial matters and responding to other compliance matters.  Our team is responding timely to constituent calls and needs.  We have personnel in place that allow for continued operations, safety and asset management.  For those currently constructing public infrastructure, our capital team is responding with flexibility to the needs of each entity.

We are working closely with our Board representatives to keep the lines of communication open and continue our goal to provide you with excellent customer service.  Please let us know of any concerns.

Thank you for your valuable partnership,
Peggy Dowswell, COO and Chad Walker, CEO

Pinnacle Consulting Service Message 3.17.2020

To Our Valued Clients,

Pinnacle Consulting Group remains open for business and fully operational to serve our client’s needs.  We understand the importance of keeping our governmental clients operating without interruption and are committed to do so.  In keeping this commitment, your safety and the safety of our employees will always be our top priority.

To that end, our offices remain open and we are increasing our remote working capabilities to allow for telephonic board meetings, status meetings and conference calls.  We are working with our teams, including vendors, attorneys and key District personnel to ensure each client’s business continuance and that all deadlines are met for compliance and reporting.
We are encouraging virtual instead of in-person meetings, and we will work closely with you to keep the lines of communication open.  Your Manager will be in contact regarding specifics to your entity.

As always, our goal is to provide excellent customer service to support you, your entity and constituents.  We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate if additional measures are needed. Please let us know if you have any concerns you may have.  We so appreciate our continued partnership.
