Pinnacle Consulting Service Message 4.30.2020

To Our Valued Clients

Pinnacle Consulting Group continues business operations with added focus on solutions and flexibility as we serve your needs. As we look at bringing our team back in house, phased over the next month, we will continue to prioritize safety for our staff, clients and constituents.

This next week will bring Election Day, and we have put in a great deal of time managing elections to make it easier for electors to get their ballots to us. The election laws are quite demanding and over these many years we’ve developed a successful process that fully meets the requirements of the law. With our knowledgeable staff, we have trained our election judges and they are ready to perform their duties. Our team is also handling daily landscape and maintenance per each entity’s operations plan, as well as managing district operations, compliance and administration. We are all planning ahead, for such things and pool and rec center openings and relying on our operators and health announcements for safety. We are on top of bond disclosure and payroll compliance this week. In ongoing capital infrastructure, we are working with Cities to get our projects completed, and have recent success in getting one of our residential projects through City sign off to allow building permits.

Budgets are heavy on our minds as we continue over the next month to analyze impacts to revenue and make projections for the balance of the year. We will be in touch with you as we review each entity’s financial situation.

We are continually grateful to you for the governments you’ve entrusted to us. During times like these we see the hard work you all give for your entity’s success and we appreciate the time you invest daily. We know we’ll get through this together and be better for it. Please let us know of any concerns.

Thank you for your valuable partnership,

Peggy Dowswell, COO and Chad Walker, CEO
