Horse Mountain Ranch Metropolitan District
Horse Mountain Ranch Metropolitan District is a governmental entity and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, designed to serve as a perpetual quasi-municipal corporation, operating with an elected five person Board of Directors. The primary purpose of the District is to provide on-going governmental structure for the operation and maintenance of retained District improvements or streets. The District receives funding from a Special Transportation Utilities Fee and revenue from a property tax mill levy assessed on properties located within the District boundaries.
